New St. Andrew St. professional building

The demolished remains of a St. Andrew Street frame house that is believed to have been built about 1870. It had been the law office of Lee Gaunt who has relocated to Chapman Street West.

Dr. Michael Ostapchuk hired Chuck Thompson to demolish the two-storey frame building at 110 St. Andrew Street.
The local dentist plans to build a modern professional building on the site, relocating his dental practice there from its current nearby 100 Market Street address.
Dr. Ostapchuk purchased the dental practice of the late Dr. Michael Hagen in 2007.
He reported that engineering and building plans are being finalized. Construction may begin in several months, with occupancy in the spring or summer of 2014.
Although the new building is being designed and built primarily for Dr. Ostapchuk’s dental practice, additional space will be available for another professional or commercial tenant.
